Guide for Deposits and Withdrawals

  1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

  2. You will be redirected to the payment provider's page, where you will need to select a payment type.

  3. Scan or tap the QR code to complete payment.

  4. Deposit successful!

Cards (Credit/Debit)

  1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

  2. You will be redirected to the payment provider's page, where you will need to complete:

    • Card number

    • Name of the holder

    • Expiration date

    • CVV/CVC
      Then, click “Pay”.

  3. Enter the OTP code you will receive via SMS or email and click “Submit”.

  4. Deposit successful!

AstroPay

  1. After clicking "Deposit" you will be redirected to the provider's page.

  2. Log in to your AstroPay account and confirm the deposit.

Neteller

  1. Enter the same email registered in your Neteller wallet.

  2. You will be redirected to the provider's page.

  3. Log in to your Neteller account and confirm the transaction.

Cryptocurrencies (Tether TRC20/ ERC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum)

  1. Select one of the cryptocurrency options.

  2. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address to transfer money from your crypto wallet.

  3. Once processed, the balance will be credited to your account.

Market Payment

  1. Select the amount to deposit and click "Deposit".

  3. Scan the QR code or copy the CVU into your wallet.

  4. Enter the transaction number on the platform and click "Deposit".

Withdrawal Flow
