  2. Enter your registered phone number, email address, or gaming account number.

  2. Tap the “Forgot Password” option.

  3. Enter your registered phone number or email address.

  4. Retrieve the verification code sent to your device.

  5. Enter the code to create and confirm your new password, and then log in.

Troubleshooting Common Password Reset Issues

Not Receiving Verification Code: If you're experiencing issues receiving SMS OTPs or email reset codes to recover your account, you can follow these detailed steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

  1. Ensure your phone line isn’t overloaded. Contact your network provider if necessary.

  2. Check that your phone number or email associated with your account is correct and verified. OTPs or reset links can only be sent to verified accounts.

  3. Check delivery locations:

    • SMS Folder: Look in your SMS spam/junk folder to see if messages were blocked or categorized incorrectly. Also, ensure your SMS inbox is not full.

    • Email Spam Folder: Check your email's spam or junk folder.

  4. Resolve connectivity or technical issues:

    • Confirm that your device has a stable mobile signal.

    • Restart your phone to clear cached issues related to SMS delivery.

    • Toggle airplane mode on and off after a few seconds.

    • Update your device's software or any application used for recovery.

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies if attempting recovery via a website.

  5. Address external provider restrictions by contacting your mobile operator to:

    • Confirm no restrictions on receiving messages from your service provider.

    • Ensure automated SMS, including short codes and international numbers, aren't being filtered or blocked.

  • Log out and re-login.

  • Clear the application’s cache via phone settings. Alternatively, switch to a different browser or device and retry the password recovery steps.

  • Use the password recovery via email option as an alternative if the issue persists.

  • Avoid repeated failed attempts quickly as this could throttle your account temporarily. Instead, wait several minutes before retrying.

  • Switch between devices or platforms (from app to website) and repeat your attempt.

Password Recovery Limitations

  1. You can attempt password reset only twice within 24 hours. Exceeding this limit may require contacting support for manual assistance.

  2. You are allowed five attempts to verify the password recovery code. After those, a temporary security lock may activate for a specified period (e.g., 3-6 minutes or up to 48 hours after retries).

  3. Allow up to 24 hours for recovery requests to process fully before making additional attempts if nothing is received.

  4. Note that OTPs are sent automatically to registered and verified accounts; they cannot be generated manually by support.

Tips for Enhanced Password Security

  • Always create a strong password combining numbers, symbols, and uppercase/lowercase letters.

  • Keep your phone number and email account details updated to ensure smooth recovery in the future.
